This policy explains what personal information Sonic Organic Studio collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. Sonic Organic Studio is run by Kevin Skelly, near Forfar, Scotland, who is responsible for your information.
What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to send us through the enquiry form:

- Your phone number (optional)
- Your message
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange any studio hire, mastering, session work or lessons you ask about. We don't use them for marketing, and we never sell them or pass them on for anyone else's use.
Who handles your information
To run the website and deliver your enquiry, we rely on a few trusted services:
- Web3Forms passes your enquiry from the form to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, and provides privacy-friendly visitor statistics that use no cookies and don't identify you.
- Google Fonts supplies the website's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google's servers to load them.
Cookies
This website doesn't set any cookies of its own. The Recent Music section embeds a SoundCloud player, which loads from soundcloud.com and may set SoundCloud's own cookies. These are covered by SoundCloud's privacy and cookie policies.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to reply to you and to look after any booking or lessons that follow, then we delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To do any of these, just get in touch using the details below.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
